As a little girl, I fondly remember indulging in the delectable cheesy spread that is pimiento. Now, as a vegan, I've managed to recreate that same creamy, indulgent taste with a plant-based twist. This cheeze pimiento has become a staple in my fridge, and I whip it up almost every other week. The best part? It's incredibly easy to make - just toss everything in a blender, and voila!
