My take on the "Krab" roll. This delicious version uses smoked tofu instead of imitation crab, so it is much better for you. It is a highly customizable recipe and you can make it as simple or complex as you like by adding more filling such as mango, green onions, lemon zest, cucumber, and even cream cheese.
This recipe is my go to for road trips, beach days, hiking trips and just whenever you need something that will taste good even when no stove or microwave is to be found. You can eat it by itself or with soy sauce and wasabi.
