Sisig is a Filipino dish traditionally made with chopped up pork jowl, ears, chicken liver, onions, and peppers. There are many different versions of this dish, so here's my take using mushrooms, tofu, soy curls, green pepper, red onions baked and then sautéed to absorb the seasonings. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and vegan egg yolk sauce on top. Yum!
