This mayo recipe is quick, easy, and nice to have on hand when you're whipping up dips, spreads, and sauces. It is also the perfect base for any aioli! I like using pea milk, rice vinegar, canola oil, and black salt for a bit of eggy flavor. If you like the flavor of olive oil, you can substitute it in this recipe. If you don't like the mayo in the stores or it's hard to find where you are, I got you! You can play around with the seasonings , different types of oil, and change up the liquid on this recipe to adjust it to your taste. Do note that some plant milks such as oat and almond milk do not work well or are trickier to emulsify, try to stick to my recommendations below for a higher chance of success.
